  • An Apple a Day . . .

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness? Or is it, instead, a combination of all of these qualities, plus the natural goodness derived from the apple's secret ingredients — phytonutrients? If this were a multiple choice quiz, the answer would be "all of the above". Importantly, in addition to possessing numerous appealing physical qualities, apples contain an abundance of health-promoting biochemicals known as phytonutrients.1,2 These specific organic molecules are derived not only from apples but many other fresh fruits and vegetables, and help power the immune system, protect against cancer, maintain healthy eyes, and assist cells in clearing out metabolic waste products such as free radicals. ...

Testimonials

Reviews From our Satisfied Patients

  • "I would like to highly recommend Dr. Rohm on a professional and personal level. He started volunteering his time about a year ago to the Fit and Fall Proof program, which is an older adult injury prevention program supported by the federal government through grant funds. He attended the class to verify the validity of the program and then began referencing patients to the class after or during treatment."

  • "He gained so much appreciation for the program that he asked permission to start educating (the class near his office) on various subjects of inquiry. His enthusiasm on openness to answer any and all questions he could after class demonstrates a personality trait of caring for his community."
    Lindsay B. Community Resource Coordinator
  • "He continued participation by attending health fairs sponsored by Central District Health Department. Dr. Rohm also attended the Fit and Fall Proof Volunteer Class Leader Appreciation Luncheon and offered his educational assistance at all the local sites (over 15 locations). The volunteer class leaders appreciated his help in setting up / tearing down, enthusiasm to help the senior population and most of all the numerous educational tips and hand-outs. We have saved these and they will be passed out for years to come, in the effort to grow our older adult awareness. He has been indeed a pleasure to work with and a leader in community development. Dr. Rohm will be missed in our senior program and we know he will positively develop the community in which he resides.

If you have further questions or would like a verbal reference please feel free to call."

  • "Dr. Rohm started treating my fighters approx 2 years ago. My fighters put themselves through some of the hardest & most intense workouts out there. They also put there bodies through some of the worst conditions possible. When Dr. Rohm started treating my team and myself the treatment was immediate. My fighters improvement was clearly noticable. There flexibility, range of motion, & ability to train harder and longer happened over night and have stayed consistant since treatment started. Dr. Rohm would be an asset to any team or individual, even if your not a cage fighter. You can naturally get treatment for your aches and pains that everyone has. The benefits of Dr. Rohm's treatments are priceless and I recommend them to anyone and everyone."

  • "When it comes to going to the Chiropractor, I have always been a little skeptical. I was pleasantly surprised when I visited DR. Rohm. He took the time to explain what was making me feel the way that I did, he had patience with my skepticisms and was careful to walk me through what he was doing every step of the way. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that injuries other than my back and neck could be relieved with certain techniques. I regained mobility in my knee and shoulder that I hadn’t experienced for months. One of the most enjoyable parts of the visit for me was the coaching that Dr. Rohm gave in regards to how to avoid the pitfalls that can cause injuries to flare again. He took d time to explain which movements would cause my body to be re-injured, and what activities to change or avoid. I still am not the kind of person who will run to the chiropractor for every little pain, but when I need too, I found Dr. Rohm more pleasant than any other Chiropractor I hve vsited."

  • "I lived with upper back and neck pain for some time. My doctor just gave me pain medication and at one point even suggested it was in my mind. I went to other chiropractors and they didn’t help me very much either. When I went to Dr. Rohm he found that I had a rib out of place. I had no idea how that happened. Dr. Rohm put my upper back, including my rib back into place and the upper back and neck pain has gone away. The thing I like best is that he didn’t “jar” my body around when he adjusted me. He gently moved it back into place. He has a firm but gentle touch without hurting me. I look forward to my visits with him."

  • "I have visited Chiropractic offices for over the last 30 years. Dr. Rohm is the only one that ever took the time to go into detail about just what was going on in my back and neck. He has these little models that he uses for explaining things. No one ever explained anything to me. Just adjusted me, made another appointment and sent me on my way. After only 5 adjustments I have no more numbness in my fingers. My neck doesn't crunch when I turn it. My lower back pain is gone and my headaches are going away. I can actually lay on my back at night without it hurting.

I have so much confidence in Dr. Rohm that I recommend him to anyone who has back problems of any kind. Besides which, he is a great person. He and Cindy both make you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you walk in the door."
